This is a device that processes used diapers, which have traditionally been classified as combustible waste, into a high-quality fuel resource. This device forms a resource recycling system that helps reduce the amount of waste generated in the community and at various facilities, while also enabling the use of this processed material as a new heat source (local production for local consumption of energy). Diaper biomass fuel conversion device - Recycling used diapers!

A paper diaper fuel conversion device that can process soiled diapers along with the plastic bags. Currently conducting a demonstration project approved by Tokyo to promote the recycling of used paper diapers.

The paper diaper fuel conversion devices "SFD-600" and "SFD-120" are designed to process used paper diapers into high-quality fuel resources. They allow for the entire disposal of diapers, including soiled ones, in a poly bag, and automatically complete the processes of crushing, drying, and sterilization within the same chamber. No water is used, and there is no wastewater, enabling safe treatment. 【Features】 ■ Can process to a weight of less than 1/3 and moisture content of less than 10% ■ The generated fuel (fluff) has a calorific value of approximately 5,000 kcal per kg ■ Odor reduction through catalytic deodorization minimizes exhaust odors from waste ■ On-site observation of actual operating conditions is possible (two models with processing capacities of 600 kg/day and 120 kg/day) ■ A semi-dry continuous pellet production device can also be proposed ■ The "SFD-120" can also be offered in a vehicle-mounted version ■ Energy cost reduction is possible by utilizing waste heat from incineration facilities or biomass power plants ★ We are currently providing materials that introduce the background and overview of the "Guidelines for the Recycling of Used Paper Diapers" established by the Ministry of the Environment.
